Enjoy citrus and avocado salad with mint and honey-champagne vinaigrette, crispy herbed chicken thighs with peas and fennel served with pomegranate-parsley tabbouleh, plus chocolate mousse. Taught in person at Kitchen Conservatory. Class is a demonstration.
